Prankster´s team school

There are five adventure courses at Kunda Prankster´s Team School. Before starting  off every participant should waken their inner Prankster. The real Prankster is optimistic and high-spirited, wise and a bit naughty, helpful and has tendency to tease others. It is quite evident that children have more inner  Prankster in themselves than grown-ups. Our Prankster´s Team School is developed for purpose of wakening little Prankster in every soul.

KRATT

Participants should go through the tracks using joined forces of the whole team with the fewest mistakes possible. Every mistake (including the repeating ones) results in lost points. If anybody made a mistake and the team lost a point, instead of worrying one should encourage your mates and the whole team, because making mistakes teach you a lot and you would get smarter and more skillful anyway.

Scoring:

Prankster is very generous and gives 50 points to every team at the beginning of the course.  According to Prankster´s regulations, every team loses points when making mistakes. That makes learning procedure even more educational.

Bonus:

Every real Prankster´s team has its own Prankster´s dance and slogan. When the team has finished the track, the dance gives 1 bonus point.

The highest score is 55 points. When the team doesn´t get that high result, there is always a possibility to learn from your mistakes and start again. Your stamina leads you to the target and you will eventually be the real Prankster.

Prankster´s warning signal:

Since Prankster´s Team School is situated in the pure nature, participants should wear clothes which are suitable for the activities and  be aware of of the potential staining of garments. Although all the participants are protected by safety equipment, slight grazes and small pumps are possible.

Prankster´s advice:

Before starting the tracks and different tasks, team members should first make a plan or consult with each other, then have a try on the ground. Only after these activities the team can try the real track.

One for Prankster and Prankster for all!

1. PRANKSTER`s BRIDGE

Since crossing the river by simply walking along the bridge would be too easy, Prankster has made the task more complicated by demolishing most of the bridge. In order to cross the partially ruined bridge, Prankster has left a log which would be capable of supporting the weight of two or three people. The team should figure out how to get all together to the other side of the river by moving and using the log.

Penalty:

  • holding/using the safety wire (1 minus)
  • holding the upper rope (1 minus)
  • dropping the rope (2 minuses)
  • dropping the log (2 minuses)

2. PRANKSTER´s  BELT

In some cases you need to cross the river but there is no bridge around. Then adventurers should use available things from the surroundings. This time Prankster has left his belt overlapping the river, which is a bit elongate and curly, but still usable.Team members should cross the river by moving along the belt. In every belt sector (rumple) there mustn´t be more than two people at the

same time.

Penalty:

  • holding/using the safety wire (1 minus)
  • holding the upper rope (1 minus)
  • dropping the rope (2 minuses)
  • more than two people in one sector  (3 minuses)

3. PRANKSTER´S  HUMAN CHAIN

Walking along Prankster´s lines is really challenging. Prankster´s human chain consists of four ropes, and the team must move all together in one group. Team members should stick together: hand in hand, holding fellow participants´ leg, tail or beak. It is important to be in chain and not to let your team members go. The chain mustn´t be broken.

Penalty:

  • holding/using the safety wire (1 minus)
  • holding the upper rope (1 minus)
  • dropping the rope (2 minuses)
  • stepping on the junction of ropes/ crossing rope (2 minuses)
  • snapping the human chain (2 minuses)

4. PRANKSTER`S TITHE

To keep Prankster in a good mood, everyone should take him presents. The present should be hung on the hook and taken to the other side of the river by moving the rope.

Taxation rate: wolf, goat and cabbage (for 3-member teams)

Adventurers, who hang on the rope,  should take the wolf, the goat and the cabbage to the other side of the river. The team must operate in such manner that the wolf could not eat the goat or the goat could not eat the cabbage. Only one person can transport the present to Prankster.  The team members on the riverbank should pull the person (on to loop) to the other side of the river. It is also possible to pull the empty loop from one riverbank to another.

Taxation rate: wolves and goats (for 6-member teams)

Divide the team into two groups: half wolves, half goats. If there is an odd number of team members, the amount of wolves should be smaller than goats. The team should get to the other side of the river so that the amount of wolves is always smaller than the amount of goats. The tax (goats or wolves) should be fastened to the loop which is hanging on the rope. The team members on the riverbank should pull the person(s) on to loop to the other side of the river. Whenever the loop is being pulled over the river, there should be two figures hanging on to it. When pulling the rope back, the amount of  figures is optional (1 or 2), but  the loop mustn´t be empty.

Penalty:

– wolf eats the goat or the goat eats the cabbage (2 minuses)

– holding/using the safety wire (1 minus)

5. GOLDEN TRACK

Before starting the golden track, everything should be carefully considered. It is important to plan the track so that nobody falls. Every team member must hold the hand of at least one team member. Divide the team equally between the safety cables and practice being balanced collectively on the riverbank before starting the track. Passing through the golden track is really easy once the team has found the right technique.

Penalty:

  • holding/using the safety wire (1 minus)
  • holding the upper rope (1 minus)
  • snapping the human chain (1 minus)
  • lead climbing fall (2 minuses)
